With a valid maintenance agreement you get access to priority technical support as well as new versions. An active maintenance contract provides upgrades of software licenses. In addition, customers may transfer licenses to other users if an active maintenance contract is in effect for those licenses.

Get priority support provided by our local support teams as well as our central team of technical experts. Our product support uses quality-assured tools and processes to provide the most effective assistance.

Product updates

Get access to all new versions of the product you have licensed immediately when they are released. Enjoy new features, optimizations, support for new platforms and even bug fixes.

Transfer licenses

An active maintenance contract is a requirement if you for example want to upgrade your license or transfer it to another user. Please contact us for further help with issues like this.

Latest product versions

When you are connected to the Internet, you can use the command “Check for updates” within a Pitch product. A web browser will open and show you if you are using the latest version. If you don’t have the latest version, please contact us to purchase maintenance.
