With a valid maintenance agreement you get access to priority technical support as well as new versions. An active maintenance contract provides upgrades of software licenses. In addition, customers may transfer licenses to other users if an active maintenance contract is in effect for those licenses.
When you are connected to the Internet, you can use the command “Check for updates” within a Pitch product. A web browser will open and show you if you are using the latest version. If you don’t have the latest version, please contact us to purchase maintenance.
