Role: Business Support Officer
Location: Hybrid working / UK Office (Gatwick, Crawley)
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time (3 to 5 days per week), Permanent

The role
We are looking for a resourceful Business Support Administrator who will bring their enthusiasm and energy to this role assisting us on operational and administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth business operations.
The role is suitable for a strong problem solver who gets things done. You will be working closely with all UK Business Manager, and the Head Office in Sweden, to support delivery of a range of tasks for the business.
This role will offer a great opportunity for you to take on responsibility evolve your role in a growing company.
You will:
- Assist the sales team with answering internal and external queries
- Manage all office administration tasks including record keeping of information related to customers, suppliers, staff, etc.
- Support processing of orders from customers and the handover to Delivery team
- Ensure all outstanding orders are delivered and invoiced at the end of each month and follow up
- Maintain company information systems with personnel, financial and other data
- General housekeeping responsibilities to ensure smooth running of the office
- Assist where necessary with scheduling and organising meetings and events, taking minutes, making travel and accommodation bookings
- Manage visitors to the UK office
- Support coordination of business events
- Propose and implement office and business improvement ideas
- Assist Business Unit Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required
What we look for in you
Experience
- Experience in Business Support, Administrative Support or similar role in an office environment
- Confident verbal and written communication
- Energetic and help maintain a fun working environment
- Proactive, taking initiative to solve problems
- Organised, punctual and reliable administration support
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Competent in filing, and data entry with high level of accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
- Excellent planning skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and interest in furthering a career with Pitch
- Proficient in typical office software including MS Office
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
- Familiarity with IT sector is desirable
- Must be currently eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship

- Salary £21,000 to £28,000 depending on experience and full/part time contract
- 15 to 25 days paid annual leave per year depending on full/part time contract
